These kits are very special to me.  As a nurse of 30 years, I learned to take good care of my feet and make time to relax.  My feet carried me through 12-hour shifts, and I felt immense gratitude for them.  After each shift my feet ached, my body ached, and I felt depleted.  Finding ways to take care of myself not only made me feel better, it was essential for my well-being.  I found that a quiet moment to soak my feet was more than just a foot soak.  It was my own personal escape, where I could create an environment I needed at that moment, and experience the simple beauty of tending to my feet with gifts from nature.
