New Arrival:  Autumn Jars
 
Gratitude Jars - a beautiful way to practice gratitude and capture moments of joy. 
 
I craft each jar with a little scene inside, and include 30 hand-cut colorful cards tied with twine to get you started.
 
Write what you're grateful for on one of the included cards and place in the jar.  Do this daily, weekly, or whenever you feel drawn to do so.  At the end of the month or season, go back and read what you were grateful for, and begin again!
 
This is a wonderful activity for an individual or a family.
 
Each jar has a scene inside.  Current scenes available:
Beach - sea salts for the "sand," and sea shells.
Forest/mountain scene - little river rocks, a pinecone, and dried Adirondack balsam for a hint of a forest scent
Autumn - sea salts colored to look like dirt, scented with cinnamon and orange peels for a harvest-like scent, a little bale of hay with a pumpkin and sunflower, and hand-punched paper birch and maple leaves
 
If shipping this item, I will pack your jar contents separately so you can assemble your gratitude jar.
