My latest creative venture is this beautiful journal in which you can capture the moments that bring you joy.  
 
Life if full of things that are difficult, and there are pockets of joy sprinkled throughout.  We may think they don't exist or are few and far between, but they are there if we become aware and take notice.  Sometimes we may have to look for them.  
 
I purposely made this a blank journal, so you can capture moments of joy in your own creative way, staying true to who you are.  You could write, draw, paint, use stickers, get crafty, write sideways, attach photos...whatever you like.
