SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

I ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).  I ship my physical products only within the United States at this time.

I ship my printed cookbook via USPS Media Mail.​

​

If I can ship your order for less, I will refund you the difference in shipping. 

​

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation, and another when your order ships.  Please allow me 2-3 days to get your order ready to ship.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

While I try to include descriptions that best represent my products, sometimes they just won't meet a person's expectations.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately so we can work together on the best solution for both of us.

I cannot accept returns on bath, body or home products due to hygiene reasons.  If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact me for replacement or refund.

 

Cookbooks and journals are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For digital products, once the product has been downloaded I am unable to issue a refund or accept a return on it.  However, if you are having difficulty accessing the file, or did not receive it once you purchased it, I will work with you to fix the issue.

What I prefer is honest feedback, both good and bad, so I know what my customers like and what they find unsatisfactory.  It helps me make products that people want, and to make improvements on things that fell short of expectations. As a small cottage industry, this information is vital to me, as is my relationship with my customers.  The beauty of having a small business is I can personally communicate with my customers.
