Simply observing the breath is a wonderful way to claim a pocket of peace in your day. It's actually a form of meditation, since we are focusing the mind. If your mind wanders, that's totally ok (and normal). Just gently guide it back. Really savor this time you take for yourself, noticing where you feel the breath.





You are just so kind and thoughtful, a really good person inside and out, keep up the good work! and most of all "GOOD LUCK", I think you know what I mean! You have earned it. Now sit back and practice what you preach life is a lot easier that way . And again we both "LOVE YOU" so much!!
